My doctoral research looks at brain-mind-body connections in anxiety and worry. Specifically, I investigate the cognitive and physiological factors of our cognitive biases and how to modify them. I have published research. I have taught and lectured in various psychology subjects including clinical psychology. My background is cognitive psychology and neuroscience. I currently work within an NHS mental health: Early Interventions for Psychosis. Here I help service users with their mental health difficulties and substance/alcohol use. ​ I enjoy releasing articles on areas related to my discipline, some articles focus on offering particular perspectives on life and ourselves as well as providing life advice. ​ Outside of my academic pursuits, I enjoy releasing music in my spare time when possible to do so, and have released music across multiple records labels.
