The Coaching Process

Your Story Matters

We begin with an open conversation. I want to hear your story. Your challenges, your goals, and the areas in your life that feel stuck, chaotic, or unfulfilled. A space to get real about what’s going on beneath the surface.

Diagnostic Assessment

From here, we work together to identify the key area that’s holding you back...whether that’s focus, emotion regulation, motivation, anxiety, or something else. We also look beyond the brain, assessing important context like your current support networks, daily demands, routines, relationships, and available resources.

The BMB Scan (Brain-Mind-Body Method)

Once your main area of need is identified, we run it through our unique Brain-Mind-Body model, a neuroscience-driven framework designed to decode what your brain is doing, what your mind is saying, and what your body is holding onto. This process combines both computer-aided analysis and my own trained clinical insight to determine which neuroscience tools and coaching techniques will create the biggest shift for you.

With clarity comes action. You’ll receive a tailored strategy, complete with practical steps, mind-body exercises, and proven tools, to help rewire patterns, strengthen key cognitive skills, and move forward with purpose.


We’ll track progress together, adapt when needed, and build consistency into your routine. Once the core challenge is under control, you’ll have the option to access deeper modules, including advanced tools for enhancing creativity, memory, goal-setting, emotional intelligence, and executive functioning.
